Had a very good experience with Von and his partner. They came within the time frame, had the parts needed on their truck ( really important) had the job completed within a half hour. Scott from Moffett was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get the work done I requested (installing a sink faucet) as well as adjusting a few other things that he ran across, basically just to be nice! The sink faucet installation turned out to be trickier than expected, but Moffett has upfront pricing so Scott did what was needed to get the job done anyway without additional charge.This was my first time using Moffett. They seem to be a very high level service company. Every step of the way from scheduling to the actual service appointment was handled very well. High level service does understandably come at a cost, you get what you pay for, but Moffett has a family club option that made the repairs more economical. So I recommend you consider joining that club.

Francisco and his team are so friendly and do amazing work. They kept us well informed on progress, if any issues that came up and included us in making the best course of action. We can’t thank them enough. 12/10 would recommend

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.
Super professional also.

Foothill plumbing has done a great job with our home remodel. All employees were neat and clean!! They always cleaned up after themselves even when the house was under construction. Vary fair pricing and just nice people. I have referred Foothill to friends and will continue to do so.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
