Best plumbers ever

Highly recommend these guys! They came same day and did excellent work clearing out our clogged drains from root infestation and corroded pipes. He showed me live video of the camera going through the pipes and how bad the roots were, and showed me after he was finished clearing them. Night and day difference. He even had some specialty tools that most big name plumbing companies don't use, like the right hydro jetter attachment for 2in pipes. All other companies I tried before him said they didn't have the right tools for 2in pipes and tried to get us to re pipe everything. Highly recommend Luis at J&L plumbing. And it's a family owned business!

Derek arrived at our home and quickly evaluated the plumbing problem. He carefully redesigned a new pipe configuration. Quick Water Heater is the best water heater service I've ever worked with in Orange County or anywhere in the good ol US of A. Their pricing was accurate and there were no surprise fees on my bill. I simply filled out the form on their site and I was speaking to a tech in under an hour. I'll be using them for all of my properties from here on out.

I had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a bit of damage to my home. I reached out to Caliber One and Mondo was able to provide me some general pricing over the phone based off my own troubleshooting. The very next day a tech named Manny came out to further troubleshoot the problem and they had it all fixed for me. The service was great and the pricing was very fair. We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend. The sewer lines were completely clogged and there were a few leaks in the house. They came and fixed all the leaks and made sure our sewer had a proper cleaning and installed new clean outs as well. I fully recommend them for anyone looking for the best plumbers around!

Joey Lopez came in the nick of time. After a major leak we had gotten nowhere with the insurance company. They did not respond, past drying out the cabinets and floor, and had removed all appliances. Days went by with no contact and multiple mailbox full messages. 4 months of hell with no way to cook or clean up. Joey put everything back, hooked it all up, and made the kitchen usable again. He was very professional, knowledgable and careful about the various systems in a kitchen. We are VERY grateful!!!!

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
