Great communication from staff and service

Very misleading. Installed a gas water heater for an exorbitant amount of money and never offered any other options. Always trying to up sell and tie you into a maintenance program for more money. Go elsewhere.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I highly recommend Carl Shields and his company at Old Towne Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Ralphy and Aaron went beyond my expectations arriving quickly that same afternoon to fix a leaking pipeline that left water all over my kitchen floor! So professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I will be using Old Towne Plumbing for all my plumbing issues in the house! My plumbers for life!

Needed 2 grease trap containers for my very busy restaurant last minute as we weren’t happy with our last company, Miko made it happen & in less than a few hours had 2 containers delivered to the restaurant! What an awesome company to work with!! Thank you so much guys!!

I had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a bit of damage to my home. I reached out to Caliber One and Mondo was able to provide me some general pricing over the phone based off my own troubleshooting. The very next day a tech named Manny came out to further troubleshoot the problem and they had it all fixed for me. The service was great and the pricing was very fair. Thank you Mondo and Manny for the pride you take in your work. It was a pleasure dealing with you guys 🙏

After trying a number of plumbers who either didn't show up or didn't bother getting back to me, it was a relief to work with a company that was professional and responsive. They got a great installer to my house within an hour and he was really professional and did quality work. I will never use another plumbing company. Justin Time is IT.

Great Service, very honest and fair. Keep their number and call them when you need plumbing service. I called Roto Rooter they told me it will cost me $590.00. Gregorio came, at 9:30pm. He fixed the issue for FREE. But asked me to replace the piping and the faucet for $260.00 I asked how about if I replace the sink as well he said he will not charge me it comes under $260. They are awesome, very professional, very honest, clean and they know their work. I am so glad I find Gregorio. He will be my plumber. :) The experience is beyond 5 starts.

I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky to have such a competent service team to work with.
