Best Leaking Water Heater in Santa Ana CA

We had a water main break at the side of our house that left us with no water so we called The team of Tweedy plumbing and they showed up the next day. The two plumbers evaluated the problem and discovered the builder had put in the wrong pieces which ultimately caused the leak just after 4 years of owning the new home. Tweedy provided a solution that will last for a long time at a fair price in a quick manner. The two plumbers were professional and did an excellent job installing the new pieces of pipe.

Henry Calderon came today, on short notice, and got my two kitchen sinks unclogged. He was efficient, polite, very knowledgeable & thorough, friendly and fun to have around. I only use OC Plumbing for my issues & hope I get He Ty again someday!

Mike came in and did a great job with everything. He did great work and shared everything we needed to know to make the best decisions for our situation. I would have Mike come back out any time we had a problem.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe.

Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home.

The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free.

As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.
