Chuck from Orange Coast plumbing tackled the problem that several other plumbers had failed to fix. We had a badly clogged drain in our bathroom, and after numerous other companies came and left without fixing the problem, often leaving behind a mess, we were really pleased with the work that was done today. Not only did Chuck show up with all the equipment that was needed including the high pressure spray should it be needed, and a professional snaking tool, not The tiny handheld one, but he also came with a carpeted mat, plastic sheeting, and plenty of supplies to clean up after himself. He worked for nearly 2 hours getting through a horrible clog, and then rinsing it out thoroughly. It went from zero movement to smooth flow. He was persistent. And he had a back up plan if that was going to fail. The price was very reasonable for the service performed, and he regaled us with all kinds of other interesting information that we can use to help maintain our plumbing and the rest of our home. Talented, friendly, the best service you could ask for. We are just so thrilled, we will never call anyone else.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Mario unclogged a rosted pipe and went above by purchasing an extra substance to pour into the drain for better and longer performance. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Very professional and really cares.

I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by this company.
The bid they put in for my project was the most reasonable. And not only that, they came over the next day after calling them. When I was explaining what I wanted, he had no problems breaking it all down Barney style and telling me what he could and couldn’t do. There was nothing that couldn’t be done. What sold me was how excited he sounded when telling me they could do the job. My project felt like it was his project.

Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs.
