Today, Easter Sunday, I woke up to two clogged toilets and showers. I didn’t think I could find anyone to come out and I thought there would be an extra charge because it’s a Holiday. I called orange coast plumbing and they answered right away and told me they have a technician and there would not be an extra fee because of the holiday. Colton came within an hour and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He took care of the problem within half an hour and kindly checked out a few other plumbing issues I had. He was very honest and helpful with his suggestions. I highly recommend this company.

I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

The master and his assistant came out and very quickly determined what was wrong with my oven. He had the part with him, he replaced it and fixed it within half an hour. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with it and also gave some great tips on using filters (turned out the ones I had were terrible). Great service.
