I called Barker and Sons for an estimate to fix a broken secondary sewer line. Roberto arrived on time. He was thorough and provided detailed explanations of the problem. A camera was used and he shared the footage, explaining each issue as the camera captured the image. After reviewing all the lines, Roberto provided detailed estimates with several options. As he reviewed each option, he showed photos or drew pictures to explain how the repairs would occur. I appreciated his attention to detail, his honesty and his ability to explain how the repairs would be done.

This past visit was the second time the Alex has been to my house. Initially when he came a few weeks ago was to fix patio drains which had been clogged off and on for years. He and his crew were respectful, cleaned up really well when they were finished, and did an exceptional job! Great communication! For the job that he came to do last week, he had to replace a toilet which had been fixed incorrectly… All in all the job was done quickly, neatly, his service is phenomenal and I am incredibly impressed with his work ethic and how personable he is.!

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water at the street because it was under water and I couldn't see. He talked me through what to feel for and how to turn it off. He then had me email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me what I needed to do to be able to turn the water back on. He did this while at another job. I will definitely be calling this company for my future plumbing needs. There is still good people in the world!thank you so much.

We had major back up of our drain pipes, which we used E&Y to hydrojet and clear our main. There were 7 rootballs which we could see via their camera they use to show Before & After. It’s fantastic to be able to verify with your own eyes what they are explaining is the problem and the actual solution. We had a small catastrophe when the camera was lost during a scoping of our kitchen drains. E&Y had to break open our floor and dig deep to retrieve it. We thought they rip open everything, but no! They were so great. They opened a hole in a carpeted closet and dug under the house to reach the spot and then replaced the broken pipe and back-filled. It was a superb solution to a difficult problem. We highly recommend Elder & Young!

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!

Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!
