Best Hydro Jetting Plumbing in Santa Ana CA

Tweedie Plumbing came the day after another plumbing company replaced a garbage disposal unit and cleared the outflow pipe which apparently had been blocked. One hour later the pipe was blocked again! Rather than go back to the plumber, I called Tweedie on the advice of my neighbor.

Turns out the pipe was blocked with a plug of grease that the previous plumber deliberately left there (when I called to complain that the drain was still blocked they said i needed a special jet cleaning that would cost $1500).

Joe from Tweedie cleared the grease, replaced the garbage disposal unit and everything is fine.

Moral of the story: Check the Contractor's License on the State website. The first company has a history of malfeasance that is mind boggling.

We had the angle valve snap off under our kitchen sink. We called at what I would have considered “after business” hours and they picked up the phone. The gentleman on the phone got us on the schedule right away for the next day. Rich arrived the morning and was super courteous and helpful. He checked to see if we had any issues in the home even taking 15 minutes to research our very old water softener system to make sure it was working optimally. The values were replaced promptly and we are back and running within 18 hours. Rich was awesome and I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team!

I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out King's two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.
The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.
I'll call him again if I have plumbing problem and highly recommend this guy.

I had a broken pipe outside and couldn't turn off the water at the street because it was under water and I couldn't see. He talked me through what to feel for and how to turn it off. He then had me email him a picture of the broken pipe outside so he could advise me what I needed to do to be able to turn the water back on. He did this while at another job. I will definitely be calling this company for my future plumbing needs. There is still good people in the world!thank you so much.

I called for a toilet installation and a camera inspection. I had been having trouble with my kitchen sink fir a while now, and they fixed the issue! Very polite and professional group of guys. They mentioned they are just starting their business therefore were able to give me a lower price than those big companies. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend these guys! They came same day and did excellent work clearing out our clogged drains from root infestation and corroded pipes. He showed me live video of the camera going through the pipes and how bad the roots were, and showed me after he was finished clearing them. Night and day difference. He even had some specialty tools that most big name plumbing companies don't use, like the right hydro jetter attachment for 2in pipes. All other companies I tried before him said they didn't have the right tools for 2in pipes and tried to get us to re pipe everything. Highly recommend Luis at J&L plumbing. And it's a family owned business!

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
