OCP is a great company. Outstanding customer service. In particular, Rock, was outstanding. My 93 year old dad had water flow issues at his house and Rock got everything fixed. Complicated job and he worked his tail off to figure it out and fix it. Very professional and great customer service. OCP and Rock are 5 star.

Chris came by to snake the area drain of palm tree roots. He was very professional, friendly, and informative, as he answered all of my questions. Chris also talked about alternative options like trenchless pipe relining and spot repair. He was also very efficient. I have used Orange Coast Plumbing in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers.
