Justin was great. Would highly recommend. On time, personable. Careful of our home and held to advertised $90 for drain cleaning. No hard up selling. Accurate price and services description before making appointment. Called 2 other companies first and accused one of misleading info. NexGen web site said $53 drain cleaning. Was told that would $83 for upstairs drain and the fee would just be for a cost estimate with $83 cost deducted from estimate cost if service provided. In spite of asking a couple times, would not offer even a normal price range to snake the drain. Another company did flat all inclusive quote of $250 which I felt was too high. They were at least straight forward. You guys were top notch.

Needed a second opinion after having the original plumber come out. Jesse was professional, patient, and explained the issue and my options. He was super helpful trying to come up with various options that may be viable and made me feel at ease. He did all of this free without a service fee and schedule. I would recommend using them for sure!

Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy.

They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)!

When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient!

Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. Nolan was our installer and he was able to complete the job quickly despite unexpected hiccups with the existing plumbing. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. I will continue to use Orange Coast Plumbing whenever the need arises and highly recommend them to others!

Bobby did a great job educating me on my garbage disposal and the different options for replacement. When he got to our home he was kind enough to take the time to show me three different cleanouts on the side of the house and in the garage, in case of future line clogs. John did a superb job identifying the issues with my AC unit. I spent more than what I was hoping but I didn't want to go through the rest of summer not having a working AC. John did walk me through some options and also shared video of what he inspected from my attic. He was a relief to deal with and he showed empathy for his customers. He even helped replace all the air filters in my house as I luckily had spares. Thanks so much for fixing my AC! Great people, great service!

Steven and Jay are outstanding & professional technicians. We have an old heater that needed maintenance. Steven and Jay thoroughly inspected the entire system, including the build-up area, gave recommendations and repaired the heater. What a relief have to a warm home.
