Absolutely awful! Alex was rude: would not listen us and only cared to upsell the more expensive services.

My mom had sewer issues Christmas Eve and unfortunately was stuck with OCP as they were the only company available. 2 days later she had the same issues and called them again. I was visiting my mom the day of the 2nd call and decided to stay longer once I saw how she was being treated. The technician Alex was extremely rude! He would not listen to my mom's complaints (that the garage plumbing was backing up). Instead he wasted his and our time by showing us the video of the main line, pointing out every little issue and trying to upsell hydrojetting. When he had us run water to prove we needed the service, everything worked fine, except for the garage (which we tried to tell him). After an hour of this he finally checked out the garage line. Lo and behold there were roots in that line even though Alex insisted it was the main. He ended up breaking his snake trying to clear the line at which point he tried to triple to cost of the call. Fortunately, he was able to retrieve the broken snake. But after 7 hours of not being able to fix the issue, we decided to call it a day, and we called a different company the next day.

Jonathan did an excellent job of installing a new high pressure regulator valve as well as a new Moen Flo sensor valve. The work is top quality and he was extremely polite and friendly as well as super knowledgeable.

Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

This company was great. It was super easy to schedule a time that worked well for my work schedule and they were timely at arriving in the allotted frame. Alex was the technician and he was easily able to fix our electrical issue fast and efficiently, and he had a great attitude!
