Great experience! I highly recommend Barker and Sons. Dylan Allee was prompt and quick. He was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing issues and the way pipes work. He answered my general questions and didn't waste my time. He was polite and very good about trying to keep the carpets clean by wearing booties. I will use Barker and Sons as well as request Dylan again should there be a need. Or recommend to others needing help with the annoying but inevitable clogged sink.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.
