I have used J&M Plumbing for at least 15 years. They have been called to several rentals I have as well as my own home. They show up right away and are always pleasant and courteous to my tenants and me. They are very knowledgeable and prices are fair. I would highly recommend.

I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out King's two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.
The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.
I'll call him again if I have plumbing problem and highly recommend this guy.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.
