Needed a quick check on our supply valves for a bathroom sink. James Kelley, our tech, was awesome. He was professional, put on booties to protect our floors without being prompted, and quickly got to diagnosing the issue. The bathroom had recently underdone a minor update, and James was even cleaning up some of the debris that was left behind. Much appreciated but not even necessary. After pointing out a few areas of concern, we had him replace a few more things. After competing the work, the triple checked to make sure all was in working order. Left the place spotless. The payment terms were clear. I’ll definitely be requesting James for future work!

Benny is the owner operator and he has a tons of experience also knowledge about all kind of plumbing issues.

He cleaned my main sewage line using his jet high-pressure water machine from 2 of 2-inch clean out with very reasonable price.

In my opinion, Benny will be the best plumber in town and I strongly recommend him 100% also not to mention very quick to respond.

Chuck with Jacot Plumbing was professional & did everything at such a great price we were telling all our friends. He didn't try to upgrade us & gave us a great estimate upfront. Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.
