Was very satisfied with the service and how honest and upfront Brian Rowles was. He evaluated our situation, recommend the solutions, and never pressured us. Showing us first hand with his camera in our pipe we saw the years of grease buildup that had caused our problem. He built our trust by first trying to flush the clog out with our garden hose, and only after realizing it didn't work recommended the high pressure flush of our pipe. Afterwards he again used his camera to show us the difference, and restored our pipes to new condition. I would highly recommend. Great work combined with honesty and integrity is a winning combination. Will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. This time, the water bill increased by 50%, and I found out that water was leaking somewhere again, and I heard a leak in the laundry room. Among several plumbers, I selected and called Evans Leak Detection, which has a good reputation, and to my surprise, Ron set up a schedule right away. Due to my mistake, I had to reschedule, and Omar, who had a lot of experience, came and pinpointed the leak in a surprisingly quick time and bypassed it to the wall in a quick time without breaking the concrete, and neatly solved the problem. The price was also very good with an average flat charge. Evans Leak Detection is also recommended for those with problems.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home.
