Hooray! Customer service is not dead! This Company, Barker and Sons Plumbing has been on the ball from my first call to the technician's estimate and beyond. The ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment were very helpful and courteous. I was kept 'in the loop' the whole time from first call to the technician's arrival either by phone call or text. Connor, the technician who worked hard to give me a fair estimate, was helpful, courteous and friendly. I really can't say enough nice things about him or any of the people I was in contact with at Barker and Sons Plumbing. Within ten minutes from the time Connor left, I received a call from Barker and Sons Plumbing to make sure that I was happy with the technician's service. My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

He was professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel in your home. He was not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. I would recommend this business, especially these two employees - with no hesitation.
