Plumbing problems are never a picnic but working with Tom Moffett Plumbing turned it into a positive experience. Chris P and John were professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, resourceful and friendly. This was a big job to replace sewer pipes. They dealt with our large tree roots, pool pump lines, hardscape and came up with the least invasive solution. They were very neat and tidy and they worked hard and sometimes stayed very late. This company is very customer service oriented and like their radio ad says, they are now our personal plumbers. Many thanks to Chris P for a job well done. He is a real asset to the company.

I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Jacot Plumbing was sent out by my insurance company to assess a plumbing issue. Charles was great and respectful of the current COVID-19 situation by wearing a mask, etc. He was thorough in his inspection and reached out to my insurance company immediately after leaving my home. He even asked me how I was doing on supplies as he said they carry stuff in the truck should their customers need anything! I was good on everything except TP... so he was kind enough to give me a couple of rolls!!!

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

Two technicians came to replace the condensate pump for my apartment AC then left and later that day I noticed the AC was not working and had to spend the night without AC. I could not wait another night for another technician to come so I opened the retuned air duct myself and found that the pump was not even plugged in the wall as per the photos. All they had to do was to just plug it in the wall!
