I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Orange County Plumbing is a great plumbing company. Always gets the job done! Joel, the plumber was on time and very attentive to detail. He made sure the customer wasn't worried and he explained what was the issue and how he was going to resolve the plumbing pipe leak. Very professional!

Highly recommend these guys! They came same day and did excellent work clearing out our clogged drains from root infestation and corroded pipes. He showed me live video of the camera going through the pipes and how bad the roots were, and showed me after he was finished clearing them. Night and day difference. He even had some specialty tools that most big name plumbing companies don't use, like the right hydro jetter attachment for 2in pipes. All other companies I tried before him said they didn't have the right tools for 2in pipes and tried to get us to re pipe everything. Highly recommend Luis at J&L plumbing. And it's a family owned business!

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him

Bathtub heating and Cooling was broken. Repairment was estimated at no more than 200$ and the wanted to charge 500 without even looking at the problem and lying they had already come to check it all out. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!
