Had a pretty bad leak and Buddy came out and gave us his opinion. We had a few quotes from different plumbing services but we stuck with this team. Buddy and various team members including Gio and Sal were super awesome to work with. They explained the details, were friendly, very professional and timely.The pricing was on the higher end, but overall, I feel the quality of work was worth it. We really felt like we were heard and cared for.

Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. I work for a large General Contractor. I needed a recorded camera inspection and hydro-jetting for a large commercial new build project in Long Beach. I had been using Roto Rooter but had x2 no call no shows in a row. The second time they gave me an 8-hour window and didn’t show up. Terrible service!!!

Then I found ePIPE the epoxy specialists. I learned that they have a new service plumbing division, so I tentatively scheduled an appointment.

The Operations Manager, Shandy, gave me a 2-hour window the same day!! Their field supervisor, Tim Plouffe, arrived and was super knowledgeable/professional. I only heard great things from the superintendent working that shift.

They returned the next day first thing to hydro-jet 100’ of mainline sewer and give a recorded video. They arrived on time and got right to work. They gave my superintendent a flash drive of the recording and even uploaded the video via email which made my job easier.

Going forward I will be using them for similar projects because they are dependable, the price was competitive, and they are very well equipped. More importantly this company delivered selfless old school customer service.

This was my second time using Orange Coast Plumbing and I have been very pleased with their service. I had an outdoor drain that was clogged and backed up and they got a tech out to me in under 2 hours. Steven was polite, professional, took care of the issue quickly, and also offered helpful troubleshooting advice. I will continue to use Orange Coast Plumbing whenever the need arises and highly recommend them to others!

Josh was absolutely amazing! I had not been able to use my shower for almost a month and had 2 different plumbers come to try and fix it, but neither of them were able to correctly identify the issues, let alone fix them while Josh was able to find and fix the issues in the same day. I felt confident and comfortable in his work since he was so educated and experienced. He worked quickly and efficiently and had excellent customer service as well! He was very respectful of my time and my appliances and made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even cleaned my shower after, without me asking! He went above and beyond and did excellent repair work. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky to have such a competent service team to work with.

My forced air heating unit stopped working in November and the company offered the best prices and was the most responsive company I contacted. I recently did a renovation and drywall dust prevented the heater from turning on. They stopped working within a few hours and even replaced my filter. I rarely comment, but their excellent service deserves recognition. I highly recommend them for both great prices and service.

Redline came out to my condo on behalf of my HOA they were professional helpful and quick to fix the problem. Would definitely use them in the future.
