Pleasant experience, the service tech Jon showed up on time did the work required in a detailed manner. Jon is very polite and best of all no surprises, job completed as promised.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

This is my second time calling Orange coast plumbing first for AC problems and now for water heater problems. Both interactions have been professional and courteous when making the appointments as well as the licensed professionals that show up for the job.I have absolutely no complaints.

Both visits were great, this visit however I was very impressed at how thorough and detailed Steven Ratanapratum was. He gave me a play by play on how he narrowed down the problem. Gave me options on what I can do and I never felt like the work was being pushed on me to get done. He was honest, professional and overall great guy. Highly recommended.

I am BEYOND grateful that I was able to find Acute Plumbing! Our water heater failed on Thanksgiving (how do appliances know when it's a holiday FFS) so we had been without hot water for four days (indoor camping 😭) and our neighbor had said would help us get it installed. Shocker, that never happened 🙄. I reached out to Melissa @ Acute Plumbing because I found them on Nextdoor. She worked with us on our budget, on a Sunday and after hours! We now FINALLY have hot water! Allan is the MAN with getting it done right, cleanly and quickly. I will never use anyone else and will never forget their kindness, they rock and I cannot recommend them enough.

Highly recommend these guys! They came same day and did excellent work clearing out our clogged drains from root infestation and corroded pipes. He showed me live video of the camera going through the pipes and how bad the roots were, and showed me after he was finished clearing them. Night and day difference. He even had some specialty tools that most big name plumbing companies don't use, like the right hydro jetter attachment for 2in pipes. All other companies I tried before him said they didn't have the right tools for 2in pipes and tried to get us to re pipe everything. Highly recommend Luis at J&L plumbing. And it's a family owned business!
