My issue is that I've asked for a receipt for my home warranty company and have been trying to get one for weeks now with minimal responsiveness on Aaron's plumbing. I can't get reimbursed without the receipt and Aaron's seems uninterested in doing anything now that they were paid already

For context, my family owns a restaurant in Santa Cruz and we had to close down on a Friday due to a gas leak. Mind you we were supposed to be Very busy! My family and I frantically called many plumbing companies to see if by any luck we would come across someone who would be available to help figure out where the gas leak was coming from/why and fix it as soon as possible because we couldn’t be closed on a Saturday. We also had a wedding to cater! Luckily we came across pacific coast home services. They were able to get someone dispatched that same very day and get the problem fixed the following day in the morning. The certified technician, Robert Barajas was amazing! He was super accommodating and very very nice. He understood the stress we were under and the busy day that followed so he made sure to make it happen and get things fixed. Once again, thank you so much! We were very grateful to come across such great people.
