We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Mr. Tom Armbruster was the second technician sent out on the second day. He was calm, patient, and extremely helpful in solving the problem left by the first responder. The first responder was not from Mr. Rooter but their helping company who responded because the original appointment could not be kept by Mr. Rooter. It was a night and day experience for me. I highly recommend Mr. Tom Armbruster for any and all work as he was courteous, knowledgeable, direct and courteous. Our 1980s era gas furnace went out on the coldest week of the year for this Aptos area on a Saturday. Coast pacific were the only company to answer my call for help. We ended up needing a new furnace and they did a fantastic job and quickly. Pretty full service company and helped us figure out a few related issues. Jeremy Correa was terrific. They had to return the next day to sort out the older thermostat and replace it with an upgraded one. They were so fast, so responsive. I would definitely recommend and will use them again no doubt.

I called Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing in the evening and zane picked up and was incredibly nice and accommodating. We just purchased a Tesla and needed a charger installed. He was able to get me scheduled for an estimate and tentatively booked the installation a few days after the estimate. Jason came out for the estimate, was promptly on time, extremely professional and courteous. He walked me through exactly what they would need to do as we have a finished basement. The team that came out was great. They were extremely nice, punctual and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the job.

He and the team arrived punctually at 8am and by 1.30pm we had a fully installed and working multi split air conditioning system in the bedroom and living room. A great job and we are now looking forward to them installing a solar PV system for us next year.

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

The plumbing contractor was excellent! We had a burst pipe that had flooded our upstairs, so we needed someone to come out urgently. This happened late Friday, so we were concerned about getting someone out on the Saturday, but this company was great!
