Best Storm Drain in San Jose CA

After calling about 9 ( different ) plumbers,
I came upon $ 15 Sewer & Drain Service; I feel I was super lucky !; I’d recommend ! any body this !! company; you guys gotta give it try !; hiring them is believing !!

Specially, the technician, Kevin .., what a muscle ! & knowledgeable !! guy; the company should keep !! him until he resigns ..; he solved ( did ! ) all by himself for a job of 3 guys !, since I had the same problem about 3 years ago, here at the 4 - plex complex in San Jose ..

Absolutely the best plumbers! Nobody likes to call a plumber right? It means something is wrong and its generally expensive. I have used Advanced Quality twice at my business and several times at my residence. They are wonderful. Always prompt, explain everything in detail and not too expensive. I highly recommend this company!

From the very first phone call with Steve, our experience with Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose has been nothing but outstanding! Stave is so knowledgeable and so willing to discuss our issues and possible solutions. John came out to diagnose our system. He took me to step by step through his process. He is honest, pleasant, and such an expert at what he does! Tim came by to discuss our options for a new heat pump. He's the nicest, most informative guy you can meet in the business! In their office, John and Raymont treat you with kindness. So very helpful and wonderful to talk to. We just had our unit installed a couple of days ago and we couldn't be happier! My parents have used Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose for years and they now have our home as new lifetime customers!

I found they were working on my neighbor's sewer and called them for estimation for my church. There was an offset between 2 sections which the other company couldn't get through to give me a video of the whole sewer line, somehow Trench Free was able to wiggle and get through which surprised me already. The offset area also caused blockage of the sewer line,. Then we scheduled repair just for this section since other areas are pretty OK. They came in about 1 hour late due to the work of the other job. In short, I really like their job. Very professional, fast, neat, reasonable price. They provided me a video of entire sewer line which makes me much more comfortable without worrying other areas. They cleaned up work area very nicely and even fixed sprinkler which probably damage long time ago.

We are from out of town and locked our keys in our truck. Although we didn’t have them do any work for us, we’d hire them in a heart beat. Although not their problem, these guys saw us in a parking lot and jumped in to help. They spent a large amount of their time bailing us out of our situation. These are the type of people I would trust to hire. They are good people who care in a world where most don’t.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

Jose did a thorough and accurate job locating my water leak in a line that runs about 200 feet from our well house with another 100 or so feet leading to bibs in our paddock. I had to dig about 4 feet down to reach the cracked coupling, so accuracy was important to me.

I would definitely recommend. Matt did an awesome job today, 1 hour drain have been nothing but great since I have been using them as my vendor.

Next door shop, seems to be doing a rack up business. Seems always busy and crowded.

Plumber charged for time he wasn't working including 25 minutes to write up the charges. Didn't flush line, so caused debris to plug faucet and then charged me for time to fix that problem he caused. Broke fitting using wrong tool and then charged me to fix that problem he caused.
