The Christmas Eve Miracle performed by Kevin!!! Our HVAC unit stopped working last night. This morning I call two HVAC contractors that I have used in the past, with no response. Then I did a Google search and found Falcone Plumbing Plumbing, Heating & AC. The reviews were 5 Stars, so I gave them a call. These guys are amazing!!! Kevin came to my home within 45 minutes from my call, determined the problem, was able to find the part, went and picked it up, then installed it. Jerry is very reliable, honest and friendly. I had gas leaks at two sites of my house, and he was able to reseal the pipes to fix the leaks. PG&E ran a test after and verified there was no more leak. One of the gas leaks was coming from behind my Viking stove/oven unit, and he was able to carefully pull it out without damaging my hardwood floors and then reseal the gas pipe behind it. He didn’t charge extra for multiple trips, great guy - I highly recommend him!

They performed two services at my house. First they came out to address a pipe that was breached by a tree root, and installed a clean out port so the city can address future issues.

Next they came out and installed a tankless water heater after our water heater tank stopped working.
