He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. Davila Plumping installed an outdoor clean-out which required concrete removal, digging, install, and concrete re-pouring. They did an excellent job and came in way under their quote b/c the piping was not as deep as estimated. They revised their quote to the lower value. Talk about honest and hardworking! Work done 2017 and has held up with the test of time.

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.

This is the company my homeowners association uses for repairs. Our notice said water would turn off from 9:00 to 1:00 It's still off after 4:00. I learned they didn't even start or turn it off till 3:00 p.m.. I called them to find out when it would be back on and their pat answer was 'when the job is finished.' I explained I was looking for a timeline so I could know when to expect to have water. I was told to call my homeowners association the only problem is they told me to call AquaTech which makes sense since they're the ones that are doing the job and know how the job is going and how long it's going to take. Don't give them your business I'm going to encourage my homeowners association to get a new plumbing service.

I wish I could give them no stars. My sink broke and my landlord gave these guys a call and told them to contact me to schedule a time to fix it. After a week, I never received a call and had to call them myself and scheduled a time for them to come out. I took the day off to wait for them and they never showed up! I call back a second time to reschedule and the guy says he will return my call but never calls me back. I call back a third time and there's no answer. These guys are unreliable. It's been two weeks since our initial conversation and my sink is still broken. Definitely avoid this business.
