Best Electric Tankless Water Heater in San Jose CA

Not good at all. I was hopeful from reading all of the 5 star reviews but I had a bad experience. There was water damage around my toilet so I thought that it just needed a new wax seal and hose. They put in the wax seal and anchors but later that night the damage got worse!!! Started flooding our downstairs bathroom (below upstairs bathroom). They did not replace the super old hose and they didn’t notice that the top part of the toilet was leaking onto the old hose. Husband was able to replace the hose and part in top part of toilet easily.

We need to replace the toilet as a whole but we won’t be calling them

I can't say enough about the experience we had with Water Heaters Only. The office staff was friendly and helpful. We called and received service on the same day. Our installer, Loni, was friendly and efficient. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and got er done. There was no mess left behind, and the water heater works great! We are very satisfied customers, and we would recommend this company to anyone who is reading this review, as well as our friends and relatives. Definitely five stars!.

5 Stars for three different events all in a couple of weeks. These guys were recommended by a neighbor and are very reasonable, very responsive and did great professional work. They are now my go-to plumber of choice!

Julio came out because we are having an issue with our gas stove we were unsure if it was the line or range. He was kind enough to test the line and advised us it was the range. I have to say it was very refreshing to meet an honest professional. Although he couldn’t assist with repairing our range. We will definitely be calling him again should we have plumbing issues. I will as be sharing his information with my
Family and friends.

We had a major issue with our electrical created by a surge from PG&E. The not only came out immediately, they fixed all the damaged breakers, replaced the thermostat, added a surge protector
I can't say enough about all of their divisions.
The technicians all make sure they put on shoe covers when entering my home, cleaned up after themself
They also did the stucco repair around the new electrical box

My experience with Pacific Coast Electric Heating was fantastic. Prices were reasonable and the communication was on point. My service provider Juan Galvan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He respected and wore shoe covers and treated my home well. We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.
