My water heater went out and I couldn’t find someone to repair it. It was out for two days. Once I called Cupertino Plumbing they responded in a timely fashion, with the nicest workers, and made a huge difference for me and my family. Happy to say we have warm water again! My water heater broke down and I tried to contact few plumbing companies. Cupertino Plumbing was prompt in responding to my needs. Danny came and diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. This is not a common standard water heater. He was quick in tracking down a replacement water heater and set up the service the following day. The technicians did a fantastic job and were professionally performed.

We needed to replace a toilet and asked for estimates from a number of plumbing companies. Sam at United Plumbing was quick in his response and provided an estimate after I sent a couple of photos of the current and the replacement toilet. Other companies wanted to come to review the situation before providing a quote. What a waste of my time. United's price was reasonable and competitive. Sam was very clear in his online communication with me and even offered me same day service, which we jumped on.

Anton arrived promptly on time, was personable and very quickly replaced the toilet. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was previously. :-)

We will certainly use United Plumbing again in lieu of our previous plumber who did not respond.
