Jaime made an emergency visit on a Sunday to fix a pipe that had broken and was spraying water. He was excellent in communication about the timing for when he would be here, providing updates on his status. When he got here, we looked at the pipe and he explained what the possibilities were around fixing it, as it might be broken inside the wall. He was clear, upfront and articulate in his communication. He finished the work quickly and while I was taking care of the paperwork, he checked the water pressure, identifying that my water pressure was too high and I should contact the owners of the house I'm renting about this before other problems occur. They came out to replace an old/broken kitchen faucet. They came on time and finished up very quickly. The job was done well and efficiently and onsite payment afterwards was also extremely quick and easy.

We have used San Jose Plumbing a couple of times over the past 10 years at two different houses. Both times Kevin came out. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied with the work he performed. In the most recent visit, we had a obstruction in the sewer line under the house. He spent 45 minutes trying to clean out the line but the mechanical snake he had was not long enough to reach the obstruction. He was unable to resolve the issue but did not charge us for the 45-60 minutes he was here. He explained the problem and recommended another company that was more suitable to clear the obstruction. I appreciate a company that really does follow their motto of satisfaction guaranteed.
