Expect to Wait All Day
They give you a 4 hour window, but the supervisor shows up. The worker comes later in the day. The supervisor is trying to sell you a new water heater, when you just have a broken pipe. Why does it cost $1400 when the worker only make $10 per hour? Thr pipe did get fixed, tho.
Update: pipe repair failed a day later. More hours without water.

They came out quickly, and the plumber, Eric, was very personable and professional. He kept me informed about everything he was doing. I know my older sink was a struggle, but his professionalism was impressive to see. He did a beautiful job and I am very pleased. It was truly a pleasure having Eric work my plumbing issues.
