Francisco spent many hours working on my heating system. The mother boards and dampers needed to be replaced. He worked diligently to get the job done! He is quite knowledgeable with the system and is very patient to explain how it works and what he’s doing to fix it. They are definitely my go to for my HVAC needs.

Mike and his crew were swamped but Mike found time in between two different jobs when one was finished early. Mike called me personally and said if I had time he could send a guy out immediately, of course I said yes. We can live without our AC!!! His man was able to diagnose the problem and get us up an running . My wife says he helped out with other issues and would give him a 10 star if we could. I agree!

This firm is the Best vendor. I have worked with in the last two years of home ownership. My HVAC wiring was cross wired with my neighbors and they took great with extraordinary details to discover what the issue was and to fix it. I will never go to anyother company but them for my HVAC needs. Best in town so far!!!

I called Pacific Coast Homes Services at 11 PM at night after attempting to install the Nest Learning Thermostat myself. The blue C wire had no power. Luis Martinez came out in this heat wave. He was personable, kind, professional and explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also polite, he wore his mask and booties for protection and respect. Luis took pictures of my attic and system to explain possible future work, in which we are interested in. I left my ladder out and he folded in up, shrunk it down, and carried it downstairs. I believe he went above and beyond the simple home check. We would like to have him come back in the future. He is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. My Nest is up and cooling!

The crew were able to come out and do the estimate and even dropped of tge portable AC unit for us to use until our unit was installed. Such a great guesture. Highly recommendable company in town.

My AC was down on a hot Sunday. I left a text message on their website on Sunday evening and ask for an appointment ASAP. I didn't expect any response on the same day, but I got a phone call in half an hour and they gave me a Monday morning appointment. They came on time; fixed it efficiently and charged reasonably. Overall, good customer service, quick response, quality service and reasonable charge.
