Yevgeny’s great. Very thorough and has good tips to help customer maintain and DIY (appropriate repairs). Thinks big picture and tries to get at cause of problem, not just patching it.

Phil and Dan are great. Phil helped me find the right faucet and water filter for my kitchen and also helped me order an obscure part for a bathroom sink from Italy. It took several weeks to arrive (thx Covid), but Phil was great at texting to keep me updated on the arrival. Dan did the installation and did a flawless job.

Marco has been my go to plumber for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. He has done various types of plumbing work from installing water heaters to replacing large sewer pipes to replacing toilets. Thanks Marco for all your hard work!

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.
