Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Ron did an amazing job on house. We had a problem with the water heater and CR&P got out here very quickly and evaluated everything then worked with the home warranty company to get everything moving as quickly as possible. Ron checked everything and was very happy to help and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend
