I had a leek under my kitchen sink. I called several plumbers and no one could come out today. Thanks, you guys came through. We are so happy and we know who to call from now one.

Replaced leaking water heater. Crew were nice and did a great job. Ryan was courteous and provided options for me to choose from.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well

Tried calling 3 other companies before. Still haven’t heard back from two of them. Discount offered a bit lower price for service, and Carlos was friendly and did the job with no issues, took less than half an hour? Didn’t get here till 1:30 when I was scheduled for an 11-1 time slot though. At least they did call ahead to let me know, but still.

By far the best service my family and I have received in years. Sadly for many years we’ve had an issue with our sewer. Hired multiple people and it always came back down to more money and nothing fixed. I heard about Discount Plumbing from a friend of mine, I was iffy just because of our horrible experience in the past but when Sam came it was all wonders! Done so fast, explained to us everything that was happening, and we have not had that issue anymore! Sam was honestly amazing, and I really appreciate all the knowledge + amazing customer service.

My water heater burst, and these guys cleared it out and had a new one installed the next day.
