Best ability is availability and they’re always available we manage multiple bars and always need service late night without someone trying to charge us an arm and a leg so we’re grateful for their consistency (4years)

I was beginning to consider a fairly major electrical project at my home but realized I knew nothing about whether it was necessary, recommended and what it entailed. Again, very diplomatically he gave me an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of having the project done along with general cost estimates.

I could have spent months gathering and sifting through all the considerations involved. And I'm sure you can imagine how appreciative I was of Yevgeny's generous gift of time and care on my behalf - and behalf of a project well done.

From the 1st call to Jenna, who went out of her way to fit me in 2 days earlier than my horrible warranty company stated.

Zach arrived earlier than scheduled that day. What I thought was just a p trap issue, turned to be a nightmare to me. He tried to solve the issue, but turned out to be a worse problem.
The next day my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, denied further work.

I was so impressed with his performance and due diligence, that I decided to pay out of my own pocket, to have them return.

Zach returned with Renaldo, and together fixed it quickly, saving me more hundreds of dollars, plus gave me a break dollarwise.

Reached out to Kenneth this morning regarding a clogged kitchen drain. I tried snaking the clean out myself but no luck. They came over within an hour and recommended a hydroj et cleaning due to probably grease build up. They jet the line and we saw a bunch of grease pour which was causing the clog. Excellent service and they were in an out within an hour. Fast, reliable and overall great service.
