I, worried about my property and DW, frantically read the DW manual and told him about the screw. Finally he pulled out the DW. THERE WAS NO PIPE PROBLEM. DW could not drain because of food stuck in sink disposer so t it let water out. As soon as we ran disposer, problem solved! He blamed DW. GE official mechanic confirmed on site there is no problem with DW.

After following up with the company multiple times, no reimbursement of about $270 fee or compensation for the damages to apartment.

Jim was the technician and came to check out our hot water heater and leaky faucet. The appointment was the same day I called, and after quickly tightening our bathroom faucet, he looked at the hot water heater and determined we needed a new one. The turn-around was awesome - he was back at 8:30 the next morning with the replacement. Not having hot water is a big deal, and our problem was fixed quickly. The pricing was fair as well. Jim was a total pro and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing!
