Anthony helped us with all our plumbing issues, he detected the slab leak in no time and fixed it with utmost precision. He even cleaned the entire work area after fixing the slab leak. Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.

The inspection took about 2 hours and he was able to tell us on-site what to expect in the detailed report. Luckily, no major issues to report but we were so pleased with their work and professionalism! They take payment after the inspection on-site which was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

My wife and I hired Brinks to line our 60 year old decaying and cracked cast-iron sewer lines. Unlike the other quotes we received, they were able to offer us a suite of lining methods so that we would not have to dig into our slab in any areas of our home. This was big for us since we wanted to maintain the original finishes and flooring. The other quotes we received were A. more expensive and B. would require us to remodel portions of our bathroom, which we did not want to do. Overall we are happy with Brinks and their service.
