Had a pipe leak in the ceiling and called for same-day service. Was emailed that they would arrive from 1-3 then changed with no notice to 3-5. Didn’t show until 5:15. Temporary “fix” of a pinhole leak cost us $225 and is still leaking. Not using this company again.

Had called them after we had massive issues with a clogged pipe (we were unable to use any toilet, everything was backed up). They sent somebody straight away. This somebody was Alan, he was super easy going and friendly, jumped right on it with the snake and tried to locate the problem. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. After about 20min, our pipes were cleaned and we could finally use the toilet and shower again. Thank you so much Alan!

We just purchased our home and found a leak in the wall for water line to connect to ice maker. We called 1st Response Plumber to see if someone could come out. The receptionist was very responsive and understanding of our situation. We had a plumber the next morning. Came out took care of the leak and set up the connection to the ice maker. Good clean work.
