I am writing to recommend, in the highest possible terms, Jacob from Steve Fox plumbing. He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. In my experience, this kind of service, thoroughness, and integrity is unequalled. I plan to use Fox Plumbing henceforth for all plumbing needs.

Called these guys to clean out my storm drains and they found a disconnected pipe from my backyard to my front storm drain (which explained why it was backing up into my yard)… they came, diagnosed, and fixed the issue! It was a big job as they had to lift up just grass and work underneath it - and my grass looks untouched. They were very professional, timely, honest, and reliable! Will definitely use them again!

Rooter Solutions cleared my clog, they had to work hard to do, but still honored their $68. Ad price my pipes are old & in the next few months or so, should have additional work, but having running water & toilet today is huge, Ty to RS!!

This was our first time using HPS Plumbing, and we were completely impressed by the quick response and professionalism. We had a water leak and no water running in the office for the last 2 weeks I called HPS Plumbing and they sent someone over that same day. Kenneth was the technician he was very friendly and professional and fixed the leak in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend using HPS Plumbing. We will continue using them for future issues. Michael is personable, friendly and very willing to answer questions. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I felt like he really cared, especially when he cleaned up and put everything back in the room where the water heater was. I would HIGHLY recommend his company.

Did not obtain requested quote.6.14.18 - No word in previous 2 weeks from Angel so I texted him, mentioning I never heard from him, could we arrange something for 6/15 after work6.14.18 - Angel asked forgiveness stating he was really busy6.14.18 - I asked if that implied he could not come on 6/15 or at all6.14.18 - Angel replied that he 'd be leaving community for a few weeks.Just didn't appear like he was starving for the organisation - maybe it was too small of a task and also not worth it?

I am very pleased with the excellent & professional service I received from Perry Plumbing and their plumbers Raul and Oscar. Within 24 hours of a water heater failure they were able to respond, assess the problem, offer me options, and provide a professionally installed replacement at a fair price. Too bad the water heater is in the garage instead of my living room - I'd like to brag to all my guests how clean and elegant the installation looks !!
