He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. In my experience, this kind of service, thoroughness, and integrity is unequalled. I plan to use Fox Plumbing henceforth for all plumbing needs.

He replaced my bathroom faucet but needed a small part so I could hook up my Kengen water machine. He even went down to Ace to get the part, very nice man I would call him again.

Making me wait all day for a simple repair job, the guys said “need to go get some parts” that’s code for going to lunch! Be back shortly! Shortly is 15 minutes to me 2 hours is shortly to him!
