Plumbing issues are no one’s favorite. Especially homeowners as these repairs can be costly. You never know what the full situation will be until you have it looked at. I called 1st Response Plumber because they are local in the city in which I reside. I needed someone fast as I did not want to risk water damage. My water bill was getting ridiculous from the leak. The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone (Sarah) was so kind and put me at ease. She assured me that she would send her best plumber to our home to remedy the problem. She got me scheduled in no time. The plumber (James) arrived on time and was not only very professional but highly efficient. The problem was a toilet leak. James fixed it in no time. It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

Christian was able to undo a clog that a larger plumbing company could not fix (and wanted to charge $1,000's to tear up the wall and piping to get to the clog). Very professional and personable as well. We will be using CP&D again in the future should we get more stubborn clogs.
