Received two unsolicited calls in two days. Tried to explain that I didn’t want any service on my home but caller hung up on me mid-sentence. Then, called, “customer service,” who was completely dismissive to me. All I told her was they’re sales reps needed better training. Hanging up on me did not make me want to use their device in the future.

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

I called John Padilla for a new water heater because my old one was 18 years old and the service man i had over to the house a year ago (for the wall furnace) was competant, righteous and reasonable. They succeeded again! Professional, courteous service, good work, good communication and less expensive than the bigger Plumbing businesses in town. Recommended.
