This is one of the most professional organized companies I’ve dealt with, very professional, very customer service related. I called later in the day and still got same day service. Greg came out to look at my water heater which was old, rusted out and needed to be replaced but was in a tight location and nonstandard size. He was able to locate the right model that would fit, and not long after Erik and Eli came with the replacement and stayed until 8pm to working to take out the old water heater, reconfigure my set up and put in the new water heater the right way. They were both very professional and got right to work. I also like that the company is transparent with pricing, and when you compare their competitive prices and match that with the skill and professionalism of their work and responsiveness, they can’t be beat.
