Powers saved the day with a total re pipe of our historic home. Bid #1 was 3 times Powers' bid. Bid #2 (one of San Diego's largest companies) the guy leveled with us and said, job too big for us now. There's a lot of work out there now for plumbers. Janet, Shane, Eric and everyone beneath them did a great job. Eric volunteered to work on Presidents' Day to keep the job on schedule. As landlords, we know our stuff and Powers' work and price were right on!

Way too pricey. they want a $200 just to look at a wall heater and then another $195 an hour. I can go buy a wall heater for that which I did. Your answer still come out and give you a quote for free. I thought you'd be at least look at the heater. All he did say $200 plus 195 an hour. Not how many hours it's going to take or anything. Got to go call them again for a heater

We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service, consideration and politeness of the men who assessed our problem and then resolved it very quickly.Our air conditioning unit had to be replaced and this occurred during one of our worst heat spells.In addition, I have allergy issues, and without this unit having been promptly replaced, I would have had breathing difficulties.I would recommend Ideal Plumbing without hesitation and give them five stars.They are indeed IDEAL!

On 3/31/2022 Brandon Moreno of Point Loma Electric and Plumbing provided a plumbing repair service pertaining to a slowly draining faucet at our home. During the entire process Brandon was very professional and courteous. He informed us regarding the possibilities which may have caused the failure after his initial assessment, the estimate cost, and shared his findings with us after successfully fixing the issue. Brandon also performed a quick and thorough inspection of other major plumbing fixtures at our home. Thank you very much Brandon and Point Loma!

Our AC went out on a Saturday during an awful hot, humid heatwave. We called half a dozen companies and Carini was the only one who could get here within 2 days. They told us save a few repair appts during those weather conditions for desperate people like us. We still had to wait for parts, but they had us up and running on Friday. Ginnethon, our technician, was great!

No one showed up. No one cancelled with HOA or with homeowner. Richard Viets - no apology or explanation. [HOA contracted with ProTec to install new front door. On Wednesday of this week, Richard Viets Construction Supervisor emailed that he could install the door on Friday. I got time off work approved, and confirmed the appointment. Then, he didn't show up Friday morning. He did not call Homeowner. He did not call HOA. I called ProTec office and receptionist said the job was cancelled. HOA management is still trying to find out what happened.
