The Brinks techs spent almost 3 hours completely scoping out the problems with cameras, and as such, nothing was left to chance. No other company came close to that assessment. No fee was charged for all that work. Additionally, the owner of Brinks Services visited us prior to any formal bid and contract. He explained the necessary work, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. This was important because I wanted no surprises or change orders in our project once the initial scope of work was defined.
