I am completely satisfied with the work done by Bill Howe. They were on time , thorough and quick resolving a blockage 3 plumbers could not do. The pricing was very fair and felt that they were not trying to sell me more than I needed. Kudos to the Bill Howe team they really do know how.

A great experience with the company and their technician Cody Bart. They have scheduled the technician to come over weekend that too on New year Jan 1st within 24 hours.Cody did the thorough inspection of the toilet blockage. Instead of upselling more expensive options like hydro jetting, tearing the floor etc he pulled out roots and found the source right on the flange and cut it out.I have shown it to multiple plumbers and they are all suggesting repairs and no one did an extra effort of removing the wax ring to look at the details of root encroachment..Cody is an exceptional professional who goes the extra mile to find the issue and fix it. He is also very professional and courteous. Thank you Cody and ARS/Rescue Rooters..

Just received incredible, top-notch service from Carlos! We've had Carini create and work our HVAC+ for the last few years and I cannot say enough good things about them. Quality products and equipment that lasts, and their customer service is fantastic. Every one is so kind and respectful.Big shout out to Carlos coming in and fixing our AC today. Not only did he fix it smoothly, he kindly explained to me what was going on and what steps I can take in the future. He was so polite and just great vibes. I could not be happier with the service we received from Bill Howe. We had an issue with our kitchen sink on Mother’s Day, they arrived within two hours, they fixed the problem right away and the serviceman was so incredibly nice.
