Along with the parts, he freely offers advice from his long experience as a plumber. This is invaluable to me as one who does most of his own repairs for financial reasons. Bill has always been honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and anxious to do right by me, qualities which are not common nowadays. They were recommended by our HOA. They did the job and left a mess everywhere. They were supposed to bill out our HOA and ended up billing us out 2 months later. I was told they only needed our card to hold the appointment and would bill out the HOA. I would not recommend! Do you research before hiring this company!
