After repairing what was the third leak over several years we decided to repipe the whole house which is definitely a major ordeal. Black Mountain was awesome. During a super stressful time. Took them barely a week, they were very meticulous about cleaning up and making sure my things were protected and not damaged. They were great about communicating everything they were doing and being super professional. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough positive things about Almco! I met Paul by chance as he was the plumber sent by my home warranty company for a gas leak shortly after we bought our new home years ago. Paul showed up within 2 hours (the service window was 24 hrs) and fixed the problem immediately, which was expected. What kept me calling Paul/Almco for years now is that he checked on me and my family the next day. Since then we’ve trusted our home to Almco multiple times and they’ve always been super professional, expert level service and advice, and fair pricing. I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.
