We were experiencing some issues with our water not getting hot. Omar came out, he was very professional and kind and quickly addressed what the issue was. Omar also gave us a call as he had finished a previous job earlier and offered to stop by sooner which we really appreciated, he also wore a mask at our request and was super polite and thoughtful of our situation. We are actually super happy to have gotten him and we really recommend him!Thanks OMAR!

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

I've used Colepepper plumbing before and they've always been very professional. Billy came today and fixed a pipe that was causing a leak underneath my kitchen sink. He was really friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services again!

I had an excellent experience with Ace Contractors from start to finish. They were clearly knowledgeable and able to answer questions other companies could not. The installation team were incredibly professional, courteous, informative and flexible. When unforeseen issues arose, there was a no nonsense, no problem attitude which resulted in the technicians having to work a longer day than they had anticipated. At no time did they complain about this, and there was no hint of extra charges being made to me. I won't hesitate to call

We came home Thursday and heard water leaking in my garage and found my water heater failed. I also noticed that there was some water in my laundry room. I called Home Perfect and they came out assessed the damage. They also have a water damage company that came out within the hour. Everyone was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We decide to get a tankless water heater and got a great price on it. The water damage team (Smart Dry Restoration) worked directly with our insurance company and everything couldn't go any smoother. We highly recommend Home Perfect and Smart Dry.

Best experience that I've had with a plumber so far. My mother was having problems with water leaks throughout the house. Victor showed up on time, was very professional and helpful in explaining the causes and what was needed. He provided us with a quote which was far better than the others we got in the area. Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. They had a plumber here in under an hour and fixed the drain quickly! A smooth and friendly operation!

We had a main line blockage due to roots, called a very well advertised company to come help with the problem. After 3 days 4 different people, cameras, cutters, power jetting and then being told they can't get through the blockage and we were looking at upwards of 20 thousand to get the line replaced because it had to be collapsed. Fortunately a family member was over at the time and she said she had a friend who did this and called him, I spoke with him and he was at my home within the hour to take a look at what was going on. We told him all the issues and he said he would take a look with his camera. He took a look then said can I use my cutter and try and if course I said yes. He proceeded to put his cutter the same one the other company had and couldn't get it past 4 feet...had it down and the line cut and cleared within the first 15 minutes. You have never seen happier people! Joe and his assistant were very professional and polite, but mostly Joe is very knowledgeable in his trade. I will always call Joe at Above and Beyond for all my future needs. Thank you Joe.
