Best Water Softner System in San Antonio TX

Prior to hiring Chambliss, I had contacted a plumbing company a neighbor had hired. I was given a window between 10am to 1pm. It was 3:30pm when a technician text me saying he was on his way. I told him to not bother and went on NextDoor app to find a new company. Chambliss had the most (and highest) ratings so I decided to reach out. I was given a two hour window in the afternoon. The next morning I received a call from Calvin saying they had an opening. Thirty minutes later he showed up with another gentleman and quickly fixed the problem. At the end of the appointment I thanked Calvin for his honesty and efficiency. He then proceeded to tell me that the owner prides himself for being in the business for 30 years with no advertisement, just word of mouth and honest service. I can see why they’re #1 - they’ve got a customer for life. Thank you!

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Travis troubleshot the problem right away. Very knowledgeable, which enabled a speedy fix with no down time. Very nice and customer friendly! Will definitely use him again.
