I like that they call to tell you they are on the way. The guys are always friendly and efficient. I have used Chambliss several times over the years.

We had a small gas leak from our tankless water heater. They promptly came out, but initially (over the phone) we were told the estimate would be free. When they arrived, we were told the diagnostic test would be $220. Zakk called the office and they agreed to do the estimate/diagnostic for free, which, in my opinion, speaks very, very highly of this company. Truly, that impressed me. It turns out a screw was loose and they simply tightened it to fix it. Because of the fact that it was an easy fix and didn't require further repair, they did charge me, but not the full estimate price. And you know what? I think it's completely fair. They were honest, professional, stood by their word, and obviously they took time and resources (gas) to come out to my house. Any other dishonest company could have easily told me a whole part needed to be replaced (because what do I know about tankless water heaters? *nothing*!) - but 1st Call Plumbing, Heating & Air did not, and I value that very much. I know exactly who I'll be calling again if I have any other issues.

Josue came for the A/C preventative maintenance and was professional and remembered me from last time he came. He explained what he was going to do and did it. He found an issue and brought to my attention He gave me his recommendation and I probably will use the same company to do the job. Ralph came by to do my water inspection and was also very professional.Ralph explain to me what he was going to do and he walked with me throughout the house show me what was good and what wasn’t and also gave me advice on preventative maintenance. Thank you goettl for sending professionals out to my house.
