After confirming the root cause with a SAWS technician, I called A&A to request emergency service.From the time I picked up the phone, to the time the repair was completeand water service restored took no more than 3 hours.They arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection of my plumbing system inside, outside and underneath my house, and presented me with a few options, along with the reasoning behind using different materials or techniques.They replaced the PRV, installed a new ball valve, and cleaned up some jury-rigged old sections of pipe. Definitely very skilled at their trade, concerned about doing the job correctly so that it's built to last, and professional, friendly, and kind to boot!
